Stellar Image Media is honored to have the chance to interview the nationally renowned fertility educator Tamara B. Smith.

Tamara, you have a powerful story. Why don’t you give us some details about you and introduce us to your story. How did you get to where you are today? 

I’m Tamara B. Smith aka Tam Inspires, a Fertility Educator that started my journey of living birth control free after I was just tired of doing the same things over and over and getting the same results. The bloating, feeling numb, emotionally exhausted because my hormones were unnaturally regulated through medication. I was single and dating and one day I woke up and was like I’m done with this! I went on a journey to find how to naturally track my cycles to prevent or promote pregnancy and now I’m teaching women all over the world to do the same!

That’s Amazing! I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

The challenges I face was not trusting myself nor my body to be able to naturally track my cycle. I feared unwanted pregnancy and I feared withdrawal symptoms from going cold turkey off of hormonal birth control. It took me a year to gain my confidence and now I can say that after 10 years, I’m confident, fertile and free!

Let’s talk about the work you do. What makes you such a great educator?

What makes me amazing at what I do is because I use my success and strategies to help other women gain confidence in tracking their cycles like a boss! I’m able to connect with women on a spiritual level to see the hidden parts that need rebalancing. Now that right now is a gift I owe to my ancestors!

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Don’t fear inner self. Your spirit and body knows exactly what to do and trust it. It’s okay to try again after multiple failures….that’s what leads to a successful journey!

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success is pursuing your goals with tenacity and confidence and achieving them after multiple attempts.

What’s next for you?

I’m launching a course and group coaching to assist more women on their fertility journey. This connects women to their womb, which is where it all began.
