You have a powerful story Darrius. Why don’t you give us some details about you and introduce us to your company Ultrain Sports. How did you get to where you are today?

Ultrain Sports is a soccer company started by Manchester United Captain Katie Zelem and former player Darrius Marcellin. It is an online platform that connects youth soccer players to professional players for mentorship and advice. The platform allows kids every week, to join a live zoom video to learn such things as ‘what pro’s eat before games’ or ‘how the deal with nerves before big games’ and so much more. It is the only platform that offers a soccer masterclass series taught by pro players.

I’m sure your success has not come easily Darrius. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

At Ultrain Sports, we have worked hard to find content that will actually help players improve. We have listened to the questions that young players have asked us. We then do videos and live zoom calls tailored for the players to learn the answers to their questions.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What makes you good at what you do, and Ultrain Sports special?

Ultrain Sports is the only platform that connects kids to pro players live for mentoring. We also provide members with a soccer masterclass taught by soccer pros.

Darrius, What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life? 

Learning from professional soccer players and getting their tips and advice could improve your game.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

For us at Ultrain, it means changing young players lives. We instill in them, and make them believe that they can achieve any dream they desire.

What’s next for you Darrius?

Ultrain Sports would like to continue expanding across America. We would also like to help kids who may not be able to afford a service like ours and offer scholarships to them.
